Because of the application of local, state and Federal laws, shipping wine can sometimes get complicated. We are perpetually updating our system to allow shipping access to those regions where compliance is available. Our shipping company is top-notch, and we always strive to get your bottles to you on time and at the right temperature. WHY CAN’T YOU SHIP WINE TO ME?

Most likely because of your state’s laws regarding compliance. Contact your local government officials to get involved in the ever-changing-landscape of Alcohol Compliance Laws.

WHERE DO MY WINES SHIP FROM?
Our Home Base for shipping is in Sonoma County, California. From here your wines move to a regional “Ship Hub” in your area where they are then transferred to trucks supplied by local shipping partners. These trucks finish the delivery right to your doorstep.
WHY DO YOUR WINE DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Back to those Federal laws, it is a requirement for this particular government regulated product. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a business for your delivery address. This is because most deliveries happen during that 9-5/M-F window, and businesses have a higher likelihood of a human present to sign for the wines. Please note that once your wines are signed for, at the address that you have chosen, we are unable to assist you if you cannot find your wines. If you decide to utilize the business address option please be sure that those most likely to be present for offering their signature upon delivery are aware of and compliant with your choice; Eloise in R+D or Ruprecht in Accounting might just nab your wines unless you give them a heads up.
DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR MY WINE DURING HOT WEATHER?
All of our trucks are temperature controlled from Sonoma County up to the point of your local “Ship Hub.” We track the temperature for all delivery states and will let you know via email if we think heat will be an issue for you past that point. We do offer ice packs for purchase when weather calls for such measures.
OPTIONS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER / SHIPPING DELAYS / ETC
Weather happens. Trucks break down. Rest assured that there is a small village of very dedicated individuals working really hard around the clock trying desperately to correct whatever just happened that has delayed your order.
WHAT DO I DO IN THE CASE OF A BROKEN BOTTLE?
Broken bottles are an extremely rare occasion. If you receive a bottle that has been damaged contact us immediately via email and we will remedy the situation.
